This is a costume that I immediately wanted to make upon seeing the gorgeous original art by NoFlutter! They’re a lolita take on the original costumes designed by Disney for the movie Frozen, and I loved making this one since I was able to take such liberties finding fabrics I loved and doing something different than the movie version!
